These are some of my initial lighting and render tests, they aren't the best but I was experimenting with how certain textures came through from substance painter to maya.

Hi Tom - Tone down the bump mapping. Bump mapping is only meant to produce small details (pores on skin etc). Having bump mapping that deep will 'cheapen' your model and make it look less professional. If this is not a bump map and is a displacement map then again it is doing far too much alteration to the surface.
