I have been using substance painter to paint my textures for my vehicles. It has taken me a little while to understand the program, but can now create realistic looking textures quite quickly. I had a problem with exporting the textures into maya but have now solved that issue, and getting similar looking textures when rendering for arnold. 


 













Over the last couple of weeks I have been learning the basics in substance designer and have created a car paint texture map to hopefully be used on my lava vehicle. I have been having troubles publishing and bringing the texture into maya, hopefully I can resolve these problems so I can use this awesome looking texture on my vehicles.
